Is pretty much what we've been up to these last two days.. The kids were all excited for the cold front we received on Monday morning, to be honest so were mommy and daddy. I've been celebrating with a cup of hot cocoa loaded with marshmallows about every day since. Tuesday J had his first basketball practice.. and can I just say that he looked freaking adorable out there on that court. I mean it was super cute seeing him strut his stuff and making goals left and right! You can tell what sports he enjoys and which sports he doesn't(which isn't many). He was grinning from ear to ear and just about every five minutes giving me and the hubs the good ol' thumbs up(that's our sports lingo)!
;)
He also got his jersey last night and I think I about jumped for joy.. he's finally a Dallas Maverick baby!! I love Dallas, really I should have been born there. LOL. I am a huge Cowboys fan and a loyal one at that! Don't get me wrong, I support the Texans, but nothing gets in the way of me and my boys. We also thought it was super cute that his number is four, just like his age, easy to remember.
J is also working on his golfing skills and from what daddy is telling me and from what I've seen he's getting good. I think it's hilarious that he loves to golf. He takes it very serious and it's a great way for him and my husband to spend some one-on-one time. I'll have to get my husband to send me some of the videos he's taken so I can share.
Today I am headed to the doctors office for the big 20 week ultrasound.. a little late, but it's okay. I can't wait to see my baby girl on the big screen and see just what she's been up to these last few weeks. I do know that she's growing because my belly sure is!
