is exactly what happened this week.
The weather we've been having has truly been amazing and I'm praying I'm not jinxing our weekend. Let's just say a little sunshine has done us all some good. Daddy hooked them up with a little bike face lift so they are now officially summer ready. No more training wheels, fully aired tires and a little seat lift and their ready for take off. :)
Santa brought them both a pair of skates for Christmas, cause he knows better than to buy just one and well it seems this is the first time they've been able to bust em' out. Besides the little rink they made up around my kitchen island. :) I love the way K falls with such grace.. that's my girl!
Other than a little playtime after school everyday we've had a pretty low-key week. Today J and I knocked out the house chores and a few things off my never ending to-do list. I spent the afternoon out stroller shopping with my mom and I think I found the "one". Geez.. since when did strollers become some complicated?!? I feel so behind with the times. LOL
Here's to a nice, relaxing weekend with plenty of sunshine, I hope.

ReplyDeleteNo training wheels- YAY! We are loving our skates around here too. Can't wait to use them more outside when the weather is a little warmer. Good luck with the stroller decision that can be really hard!!
ReplyDeleteLet me know when the house next door is for sale! Just kiding. You guys always have such great weather, I think I am in the wrong state. Minnesota is cold! We have been having such cold weather the kids have to stay inside and acutally has school late one morning last week. We are so ready for spring.
