kind of went by a little too fast for me. I'm not ready to tackle my Monday just yet, but it seems I have no choice. It's here and I guess I had better make the most of it. Hopefully it can treat me well and fly by!
So Friday J and I had a few things on our agenda.. mommy had an appointment to check on baby #3, which by the way went great. She's now over three pounds and my fluid levels are normal. So YAY for a good check up! Next I had scheduled J an appointment because on Thursday he started running fever again and just not himself. My fear was the flu coming back, but thankfully that was not the case. He tested negative for the flu and strep, but his blood count was a little high, so he was obviously trying to fight something off and that something just so happened to be a cold.
Thankfully it didn't last long and it sure as heck didn't stop him from anything! Soooo.. "we" treated ourselves to a Sprinkles cupcake. :)
It was a first for J and let me just say it's a good thing it's not too close by.
Saturday afternoon we had plans with our neighbors to grill out and that kind of always leads to roasting smore's.. my son was more obsessed with the actual "roasting" part that I think I had three smore's that night.
Sunday was chill.. my husband woke up not feeling well so the kids and I decided to give him some quiet time. We needed to get out anyways because the weather we had this weekend was amazing and it would have been illegal to stay indoors. We hit up our weekly hot spot and that's where I found this beauty.. I am in LOVE and not with just the price tag. The material is perfect, could easily be wiped off, it's medium size, so not too big and the pattern and color, well that's just all me.
I've been in a rather "nesting" mode as my husband calls it.. I think he's ready for it to be over with. LOL. I he did manage to get the curtains hung in the nursery and I am very pleased. I promise I will have pictures coming soon.
